| Application Letter (addressed to the IE Department Chair) | At least a graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering |
| Updated CV | If applying full-time, applicant must be willing to teach long-term. Please indicate in your application letter your intent and plans to teach long-term. |
| TOR / TCG / Copy of CRS Grades | Must be able to start this coming 1st Semester AY2024-2025 (~August/September) |
| Copy of Diploma/s | Deadline of Application: May 17, 2024 |
