Career Opportunity: RESEARCHER

The Quality Management Department (QMD) of the Social Security System is seeking one (1) Job Order Worker to serve as a Researcher.

We encourage applications from UP Industrial Engineering graduates with Latin Honors or those with Second Level Eligibility (Career Service Professional Eligibility).

The position involves the following:

  1. Conduct research and data analysis to support process improvement and organizational excellence initiatives.
  2. Promote the implementation of the Quality Workplace Program (5S) and other quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Develop studies, reports, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
  4. Support the implementation and continual improvement of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and other management system certification programs.
  5. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Department Head.
